Call Admissions
Call our admissions team at 515-824-5154 or email us at info@thrivenowrc.com. Please have patient in the room to confirm identification, to provide insurance information, and to complete over the phone admissions screening.

Patient Screening
Patient will complete a screening over the phone with our admissions team. Healthcare organizations, please fax medical records to our admissions fax at 515-209-2420.

Schedule Intake
If Patient meets medical and clinical criteria, they will be scheduled for an intake. Admissions will help coordinate transportation to facility, if needed.

Patient Prep and Admission
The Admissions team will prepare patient with what to bring and what not to bring to treatment.
