Individuals have the right to file a complaint without fear of retaliation.
ThriveNow Recovery Centers maintain a strict non-retaliation policy. Retaliation, punishment, or any form of negative treatment against someone who makes a complaint—whether anonymously or not—is strictly prohibited.
