Visitor Guidelines for Family Members
Welcome to our facility! To ensure a safe and supportive environment for everyone, please follow
these guidelines during your visit:
- Visiting Hours: Sundays from 1-3pm
- Visitor Limit: Each resident can have up to three visitors at a time. If more visitors are
needed, please request approval in advance.
- No Outside Items: Please do not bring any outside food, drinks, or personal belongings such
as purses or bags. Drinks are available from our coffee or water dispenser.
- Approved Visitors Only: Only visitors who are documented in the resident's electronic
health record are allowed.
- Designated Areas: Stay within the dining area or courtyard during visiting hours.
- Maintain Quiet: Help us keep a calm and therapeutic environment by minimizing noise.

use their personal bathrooms. Staff will check the public bathrooms after visiting hours.
- Report Suspicious Behavior: If you notice anything unusual, please inform a staff member.
If visitors appear to be under the influence, staff will consult with a coworker or on-call
personnel to decide if the visit should proceed.
- Handling Agitation: If anyone becomes excessively agitated, staff may end the visit to
ensure safety.
- Visitor Supplies: Please sign in upon arrival and wear a visitor badge, which must be
returned at the end of your visit.
- Confidentiality Agreement: First-time visitors must sign a confidentiality agreement. For
subsequent visits, staff will check to ensure the agreement is signed.
- Visitation Signs: Signs indicating visiting areas will be displayed in the dining area during
visiting hours.
Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. We hope you have a pleasant visit! If you have
any questions or need assistance, please don't hesitate to ask a staff member.
