We are thrilled to announce the grand opening of the ThriveNow Recovery Center in Pleasant Hill, a milestone moment in our mission to provide compassionate, high-quality care for those battling addiction.

The event brought together community members, local officials, and key partners who played a vital role in making this project a reality. Special thanks to our development partner Nelson Construction & Development, and operations management partner Ascension Recovery Services.

This new facility is a significant step forward in addressing the addiction crisis in our region, offering a range of services designed to support individuals on their path to recovery and healing.

How to Make a Referral

1. Call our admissions team at 515-824-5154

Please have patient in the room to confirm identification, to provide insurance information, and to complete over the phone admissions screening.

2. Patient will complete a screening over the phone with our admissions team.

Healthcare organizations, please fax medical records to our admissions fax at 515-605-1558

3. If Patient meets medical and clinical criteria, they will be scheduled for an intake

Admissions will help coordinate transportation to facility, if needed.

4. The Admissions team will prepare patient with what to bring and what not to bring to treatment.
