Getting Prescreened at ThriveNow Recovery Centers™

A member of the ThriveNow Recovery Centers™ admissions team will guide you through a prescreen interview to evaluate your treatment needs and ensure you receive the most suitable care. Our admissions team is committed to treating you with the utmost respect, and all discussions are kept confidential. Based on the prescreen interview, we will identify the best treatment options for you. If the interview indicates that you require services not offered by ThriveNow Recovery Centers™, a caring staff member will connect you with an appropriate provider in your area. Prescreen interviews can be conducted either over the phone or in person.

You may be asked some or all of the following questions:

Current diagnosis and overall health status, including symptoms, behaviors, and mental state
Details about previous instances of treatment for SUD
Family history of mental health or substance use disorders
Current thought patterns and behaviors
Questions or concerns you may have about the program
Any immediate risk of harm to yourself or others

Comprehensive Assessment

Once your prescreen interview confirms that ThriveNow Recovery Centers™ is suitable for you, you will undergo a comprehensive assessment with a clinician. This thorough evaluation allows us to understand your health needs fully and develop a personalized, evidence-based treatment plan.

During the assessment, you and the clinician will discuss:

Your treatment goals, motivations, and expectations
Your medical, mental health, and substance use history
Economic, legal, and employment background
The specifics of your personalized treatment plan
